LA BLOUSE DE LYON AT THE WORKSHOP OF FRANCOIS DUFEIL, ARTIST & SOUND SCULPTOR
LE WONDER, 93000 BOBIGNY
A former aspiring Compagnon du Devoir in climate engineering, François's first mastered the precise gestures of working with materials. He then trained at the Beaux-Arts d'Angers and the École des arts décoratifs in Paris, where he merged this technical know-how with artistic and sound research.
He explores the boundaries between sculpture, music, and recycling, transforming abandoned metals into living works. His colorful, often interactive installations invite the public to listen, touch, and artists to activate his sculptures, revealing industrial soundscapes and organic melodies.
At La Blouse de Lyon, every piece in our workwear selection carries the spirit of old-time workshops: robust and functional with vibrant colors. Just as François Dufeil reawakens forgotten metal, we give a second life to workwear codes for a sustainable, joyful, and contemporary style.
François Dufeil's work is on display until April 19th at Les Instants Chavirés in Montreuil. He will be part of the Nuit Blanche 2026 program on June 6th at the Bidassoa gymnasium in Paris, as well as in a summer exhibition, the Melle Biennale from June 27th to October 13th, 2026.
